Other distinguishing characteristics The first aerial photograph commissioned by the City of South Perth in 1929 and completed in 1930 by the newly formed Air Surveys Ltd. The pilot was Captain S. Brearley, brother of Major Norman Brearley, and this was one of the first such photographs in the state.
